PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving object tracking system, method and program wherein, even if a plurality of moving objects are complicatedly moving, calculation costs can be reduced.SOLUTION: A plurality of frames is acquired in time series. A plurality of moving objects is detected. The moving objects are associated with each other. A tracklet for each of the moving objects is extracted and managed. A frame to calculate a position of a moving object is set as a notice frame. The plurality of extracted tracklets are grouped into a first block including at least the notice frame, a second block positioned before the first block in time series, and a third block positioned after the first block in time series. A secondary tracklet is acquired from a management unit. The secondary tracklet is associated with tracklets included in the first block and the third block, based on a similarity between the tracklets. The secondary tracklet and tracklets included in the first block and the third block thus associated with each other are integrated into a tertiary tracklet. |
