PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibrator improved in dielectric constant and piezoelectric constant.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibrator according to the present embodiment includes: a polarized single crystal piezoelectric body which comprises a lead complex perovskite compound including niobium oxide and at least one of magnesium oxide and indium oxide, and has a first plane having a crystal orientation of the [100] plane and a second plane facing the first plane and having a crystal orientation of the [100] plane; and a first electrode provided on a side of the first plane of the single crystal piezoelectric body and a second electrode provided on a side of the second plane of the single crystal piezoelectric body. The single crystal piezoelectric body, while being unpolarized or subjected to depolarization treatment, has a second half-width of diffracted X-rays based on a Miller index of (400) of the single crystal piezoelectric body of 0.22 or more and 0.4 or less relative to a first half-width of diffracted X-rays based on a Miller index of (400). |
