PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of an insulator film which is inserted into a slot in a stator core of a motor.SOLUTION: Relief parts 20-20 are formed by obliquely cutting a portion of side surface parts 17 and 17 and a back surface part 16 of a cuff 18. A coil 10 mounted in a slot 8 adds power to the side surface parts 17 and 17 of the cuffs 18 and 18. An insulator film 9 is allowed to be deformed in a circumferential direction of a stator core 6 as illustrated by a virtual line since the side surface parts 17 and 17 are separated from end faces 7 and 7 of the stator core 6 when power of the coil 10 is applied. In the cuff 18, the power generated by the coil 10 in the circumferential direction of the stator core 6 is absorbed by deforming the insulator film 9, and loads applied to folding positions 15 and 15 of first folded parts 14 and 14 are mitigated. Thus, damage such as cracking at the folding positions 15 and 15 is suppressed and the insulator film 9 can be prevented from being damaged. |
