PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier and a data output circuit that reduce current consumption by suppressing a tail current.SOLUTION: A first transistor N103 is connected between a first constant current source CI1 and a first current mirror type differential amplifier CDA1 and is supplied with a first input signal at a gate electrode. A second transistor P103 is connected between a second current mirror type differential amplifier and a second constant current source CI2 and is supplied with the first input signal at a gate electrode.
