<p>This motor cooling structure is in a motor such that a rotor is disposed at the inner-diameter side, and a stator provided with a cylindrical stator core and a coil end protruding from both ends in the axial direction of the cylinder is disposed at the outer-diameter side, wherein the motor cooling structure contains: a tube member that is formed inside a refrigerant duct and is a tube member extending with a length longer in the peripheral direction of the stator core than the axial direction while opposing the outer peripheral surface of the stator core; and a refrigerant jetting unit that jets refrigerant towards the coil ends protruding from both ends in the axial direction of the stator core and that is formed at least at two locations at both sides of the tube member in the axial direction of the stator core at positions at the respective sides separated in the peripheral direction of the stator core.</p> |
