1. A method of fabricating a liquid crystal display device, the method comprising:
forming a gate line and a data line crossed with each other on a first substrate to define a pixel area; forming a thin-film transistor at a crossed region between the gate line and data line; forming a color filter within the pixel area of the first substrate; forming a plurality of common electrodes and pixel electrodes within the pixel area of the first substrate formed with the color filter; forming a light blocking pattern formed at a boundary of the pixel area to perform the role of a black matrix; and attaching a second substrate to the first substrate, wherein the common electrode, pixel electrode and light blocking pattern are formed with a double layer structure of an upper layer having a low-reflectance characteristic and a lower layer having a low-transmittance and high-conductance characteristic. |
