Provided is a novel technical means whereby temporal and spatial in vivo kinetics of a drug can be noninvasively and highly sensitively quantified in real time. An [18F]F-labeled or fluorescent dye-labeled pegylated bioactive substance represented by formula (I-a) or (I-b). In these formulae: Ra1 represents a divalent C1 to C6 hydrocarbon group; Rb1 to Rb10 represent a hydrogen atom, etc.; Rc1 represents a hydrogen atom, etc.; X represents a divalent C1 to C12 hydrocarbon group or -Rd1(OCH2CH2)mRd2- [wherein Rd1 represents a divalent C1 to C12 hydrocarbon group, etc., Rd2 represents a divalent C1 to C6 hydrocarbon group, etc., and m represents an integer being within the range of 1-40 kDa calculated in terms of molecular weight]; Y represents a monovalent group containing a bioactive substance; Z represents a monovalent group containing a fluorescent dye; and n represents an integer being within the range of 1-40 kDa calculated in terms of molecular weight. |
