<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prohibit intermittent operation of an engine by a further adequate timing.SOLUTION: A determination torque Tj is calculated by multiplying a temperature coefficient k of a tendency which becomes smaller as a temperature Tw of cooling water of an engine 22 becomes higher by a specified torque Tset (S110, S120), a limiting torque Tlim1 of a motor MG1 which cranks the engine is compared with the determination torque Tj (S140), an intermittent operation of the engine is allowed when the limiting torque Tlim1 is equal to or more than the determination torque Tj (S150), and the intermittent operation of the engine is prohibited when the limiting torque Tlim1 is less than the determination torque Tj (S160). Specifically, the higher the temperature Tw of the cooling water is, the more hardly the intermittent operation of the engine is prohibited. Thus, comparing with a type in which the intermittent operation of the engine is prohibited when the limiting torque Tlim1 reaches less than a specified threshold value, the timing to prohibit the intermittent operation of the engine can be made more adequate.</p> |
