PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non fermentation beer-like sparkling drink in which even though a purine body concentration is very low, beer-likeness is preserved; and a production method of the same.SOLUTION: A non fermentation beer-like sparkling drink has any of the following characteristics: an addition amount of a raw material including a purine body is adjusted, and a purine body concentration is at most 0.08 mg/100 mL; further, at least one selected from a group consisting of a frother and a coloring agent are included; NIBEM value is at least 80; a chromaticity is at least 2° EBC; the frother is at least one selected from a group consisting of a soy bean dietary fiber, a soy bean saponin, a quillaja saponin, a soy bean peptide, and alginate; and the coloring agent is a caramelization reactant. |
