PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe that has a high degree of freedom in mounting an electronic circuit and achieves easy and inexpensive leading-out of electrical wiring from an ultrasonic vibrator at an existing wiring technique level.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic probe comprises: an ultrasonic vibrator array; and a stacked body for leading out electrical wiring from each electrode. Multiple ultrasonic vibrators are at least classified into a first group and a second group, and the stacked body at least includes: a first FPC layer on which the ultrasonic vibrator array is stacked; and a second FPC layer on which the first FPC layer is stacked. Each FPC of the first and second FPC layers has a top-surface connection pad and a bottom-surface electrode pad, which maintain a uniform level, at a position spatially corresponding to each ultrasonic vibrator. Multiple FPC layers constituting an FPC stacked body 22 are integrally structured by being bonded to each other in each area corresponding to a width of the ultrasonic vibrator array; however, they are separated from each other without being bonded in areas other than the area corresponding to the width of the ultrasonic vibrator array. |
