<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that: the scale of a renewal siphon pipe is necessary to be almost the same scale as an existing siphon pipe when the drainage siphon pipe is renewed at a restricted installation area in a water purification plant; a siphon pipe unit with three individual regulating valves (large, medium and small) cannot be renewed at an existing installation site because of largeness; and as the result, the overall modification of a filtration basin structure or new construction is necessary and construction cost becomes expensive.SOLUTION: In a siphon unit in a natural balance type filtration device,: a bypass pipe is attached to a main siphon pipe; motorized valves for regulation are mounted respectively; and a minute flow rate can be adjusted by continuously adjusting speed based on the control of the valves.</p> |
