Provided are: a surgical device having a simple configuration and a favorable operability; a trocar; an endoscope; and a treatment tool. The trocar (100) is provided with a slider (140) within a trocar main body (102). When inserted into the trocar (100), the endoscope (10) and the treatment tool (60) are integrated by being held at a treatment tool holding section (146) and an endoscope holding section (148) provided by the slider (140). As a result, when the treatment tool (60) is moved in the axial direction, the endoscope (10) moves in the axial direction in lockstep. The trocar (100) has an inner diameter of an endoscope opening airtight valve (138) provided to a valve member (120) that is set to be smaller than the inner diameter (ID4) of an elastic member (156) provided for holding the endoscope (10) at the endoscope holding section (148). |
