PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a spout which can be sealed again by preventing outer air from entering when discharging contents, and can reduce cost. SOLUTION: The container with a spout includes: a storage section 5 for storing contents; and a spout 20 capable of discharging the contents by including a welding section 21 in which welding is performed through sheet-shaped members 3a and 3b. A plate-shaped section 22 which projects into the storage section 5 is integrally formed in the welding section 21 of the spout 20, and sheet-shaped members are welded to each other from a welding region at one-end sides of the sheet-shaped members which are overlapped to a storage section side. Thereby, when the contents are filled in, the storage section 5 is divided into a contents filling region 5A and a sealed region 5B in which the plate-shaped section 22 is arranged.
