PURPOSE: A moving picture photographing apparatus, a control method and a recording media storing a program for executing the control method are provided to efficiently stabilize unstable moving picture by the shake. CONSTITUTION: An image data obtainer obtains a first frame image data and a second frame image data. A motion vector calculator(52) transfers the second reflected image from the second frame image data to the fixed size. A motion vector calculation unit(54) calculates the motion vector by comparing with the first frame image and the second frame image. A moving picture stabilization probability determiner determines whether the moving picture is possible to stabilize. |
