<p>The present invention relates to a nanorod-based nanocomposite intracellular delivery system and, more specifically, provides a nanorod-based nanocomposite intracellular delivery system comprising: (a) a nanorod comprising multiple inorganic metal components including gold and nickel, the gold and nickel components are spatially separated each other; (b) a cell-binding molecule bound to any one part of the gold and nickel components of the nanorod; and (c) a cargo bound to the other part of the gold and nickel components of the nanorod. The present invention enables cancer therapy by functioning miRNA activating a functional protein associated with cancer cell apoptosis so as to induce apoptosis of cancer cells. Also, the present invention enables cancer diagnosis using a simultaneous imaging technology of the cells in vivo by labeling a fluorescence on the nanorod and using the nickel functioning as a cell imaging technology and a MRI contrast medium in vitro.</p> |
