<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling port that maintains a force for holding a rubber cap to a needle assembly even if creases are formed by the elastic contraction of the rubber cap when a hollow needle is inserted into a rubber plug of a blood collecting tube, thereby preventing leakage of blood. <P>SOLUTION: The sampling port 20 includes a body part 30 with an opening 31 formed for inserting the blood collecting tube 50 comprising the rubber plug 51; the hollow needle 61 insertable through the rubber plug of the blood collecting tube; a hub 64 for supporting the proximal end of the hollow needle; the elastic rubber cap 70 covering the hollow needle; and a holding part 80 holding the rubber cap. The sampling port 20 further includes the needle assembly 60 mounted on the body part, and a plate 92 serving as a preventing member 90 having a through-hole 91 which the hollow needle covered with the rubber cap penetrates, and preventing the creases 71 formed by the elastic contraction of the rubber cap when the hollow needle is inserted into the rubber plug, from reaching the holding part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
