Wood pallet manufacturing systems

The present invention relates to a wood pallet manufacturing system for manufacturing a wood pallet having a support block, a transverse fixing plate and a vertical fixing plate, that easily aligns and seats each component, easily drives a nail to assemble each major component, and easily loads and transfers the assembled wood pallet. The wood pallet manufacturing system includes a jig plate for easily aligning components at a correct position; a platform able to rotate in symmetrical relation to the jig plate; and a nail hitting robot for automatically performing nail hitting work according to a programmed sequence and repeatedly loading one set of the completed wood pallet at a loading position. The nail hitting and loading work is automatically performed by the multi-joint nail hitting robot, and the nail hitting preparation work and the nail hitting and loading work are simultaneously performed on the jig plate (20) which is able to rotate in symmetrical relation, thereby improving a production speed. One worker places components on the jig in front of the jig plate positioned at the nail hitting preparation work position to manufacture the completed pallet, and then the completed pallet can be transferred to loading and unloading (banding) positions, thereby simplifying the work of the worker, reducing the labor expenses, and improving the productivity.
