Disclosed are a composition for a heater, including silicon carbide and an electrically conductive component, and a heater. The composition for a heater of the present invention comprises: a powder or a ground body of silicon carbide (SiC); a powder or a ground body of an electrically conductive carbon nanotube (CNT); and a composite binder. By introducing the electrically conductive CNT to paste through the composition, current carrying properties can be secured by partial cross-linking of the electrically conductive component in a specific degree when a degree of densification by sintering of SiC after a heat treatment process for manufacturing the heater is not high. Accordingly, even if SiC is not sintered at high temperature, a process is simplified by commercialization as the heater. |
