The present invention relates to an elastically returning device using an eccentric circle and an apparatus for flank muscle strengthening exercise, including the same. According to the present invention, the elastically returning device uses elastic restoring force of a spring is installed at a distance formed along a circumference of the eccentric circle. The apparatus is used for strengthening flank muscles with twist of the waist of a user. |
