Disclosed is an image processing method which includes obtaining a binarizaton value by quantizing a value made by at least one pixel value in an input image signal added to the quantization value of an adjacent pixel based on a preset value, determining a pixel for inserting minuteness intensity according to the binarizaton value of each pixel, determining the minuteness intensity to be inserted into a determined pixel, inserting a determined minuteness intensity into the determined pixel. A quantization error value is a difference between the original pixel value of an adjacent pixel and an adjacent pixel value quantized based on a preset value.
