The present invention relates to a mold for vacuum forming and an apparatus for vacuum forming including the same and, more specifically, to a mold for vacuum forming for vacuum forming the front surface and the back surface of a mobile cover glass in a three-dimensional shape, and to an apparatus for vacuum forming including the same. For this, provided in the present invention is a mold for vacuum forming which is a mold for vacuum forming for forming a glass in a three-dimensional shape characterized by comprising a housing including a forming unit having a shape corresponding to a shaped of the outer surface of the three dimensional shape; a first inhalation hole formed along the edge of the housing for the edge of the glass to be contacted with the housing by vacuum suction; and a second inhalation hole connected with the forming unit for the glass to be vacuum adsorbed on the forming unit.
