摘要 A heat pump (100-1) is equipped with a water/cooling medium heat exchanger (120). The heating unit (120c) of the water/cooling medium heat exchanger (120) has a heating flow path (120d) through which water to be heated flows. An ultrasound oscillator (200a), which has an oscillation unit that oscillates with a high-frequency ultrasound wave that does not generate cavitation in the water to be heated that is flowing in the heating flow path (120d), is provided at the inflow port (120a) of the heating flow path (120d). When water to be heated flows through the heating flow path (120d), the oscillation unit of the ultrasound oscillator (200a) is covered by water. Furthermore, a flow path (501a), which is connected to the heating flow path (120d) and is a flow path through which water having a velocity component approximately the same as that of the oscillation direction of the oscillation unit flows, is formed near the location where the oscillation unit is installed.
