<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin molding having a high degree of freedom of a product shape through a relatively easy process by using a crystalline polymer resin while a known method for improving the crystallinity of the resin is used. <P>SOLUTION: The resin molding is produced through an injection process in which the molten crystalline polymer resin A' containing a blowing agent is injected/packed in a cavity 15' surrounded by a fixed mold 12 and a movable mold 13 which constitute a mold and a crystallization process in which while the cavity is filled with the molten resin, and the temperature of the molten resin is kept between the melting point and the crystallization temperature of the resin, the movable mold is moved in the direction to be separated from the fixed mold to increase the volume of the cavity, the polymer resin in the cavity is molded while being expanded, stretch distortion is generated in the molten resin at a velocity of at least a critical stretch distortion velocity by sucking the surface of the polymer resin to the molding surface of the movable mold by keeping at least the molding surface depressurized during the molding of the resin to orient the molten resin, and the molten resin is crystallized by keeping the state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
