The present invention relates to a polyurethane resin composition for volatile organic compound absorption capable of intercepting the generation of harmful volatile organic compounds (VOC) by reducing VOC emission quantity when leather fabrics are coated with the polyurethane resin composition for volatile organic compound absorption according to the present invention is used in interior materials for a vehicle and the like, and to a manufacturing method for leather fabrics coated with the same. The present invention provides the polyurethane resin composition for volatile organic compound absorption comprising 100 parts by weight of a polyurethane resin, 0.1-4.0 parts by weight of an adsorbent and 10-30 parts by weight of an organic solvent. The present invention provides the manufacturing method for leather fabrics coated with the polyurethane resin composition for volatile organic compound absorption comprising: a first process of producing a polyurethane resin composition by dispersing organic solvents and adsorbents on the polyurethane resin by mixing 10-30 parts by weight of the organic solvents and 0.1-4.0 parts by weight of the adsorbents based on 100 parts by weight of the polyurethane resin; and a second process of coating leather fabrics with the polyurethane resin composition by drying and hardening the polyurethane resin composition at a temperature of 60-100°C after coating the surface of the leather fabrics with the polyurethane resin composition produced in the first process at constant thickness by using roll coating.
