PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blocked polyisocyanate composition that has low-temperature curability and provides a coating film having adhesion, acid resistance, and elongation of the coating film, and a coating composition including the same.SOLUTION: The blocked polyisocyanate composition is obtained from an aliphatic diisocyanate monomer and/or an alicyclic diisocyanate monomer, polycarbonate diol having a number-average molecular weight of 300-2,000, and a blocking agent and satisfies all of the following conditions. (1) A concentration of a blocked trimer component of the diisocyanate monomer: 5-50 mass%. (2) A concentration of a polycarbonate diol component: 3-30 mass%. (3) A concentration of a blocked polyisocyanate derived from one molecule of diol, two molecules of a trimer of the diisocyanate monomer, and four molecules of the blocking agent: 3-30 mass%. |
