A cosmetic composition inhibiting the grease on the skin which is caused by sebum secretion is provided to maximize the absorption of sebum and minimize the side effect of powder by using oil and polyol. A cosmetic compostion for suppressing the grease of skin is powder water-based oil-in-water and comprises 3-10 weight% of water-based oil-absorption powder, 1-10 weight% of oil and 1-10 weight% of polyol. The water-based oil-absorption powder has 0.1-30mum of particle size, 5-500m^2/g of particle surface area. The oil is a diisostearyl maleate. The polyol is glycerin. The composition is used in a form of essence, cream, or balm. |
