The present invention relates to a composite mortar-based panel comprising an inner structure (8) which includes elements (5', 5", 5") made of translucent material provided with through portions (55") which develop from a first side (1') of the panel (1) to a second side (1") opposite to the first. This inner structure (8) comprises a reinforcement armature which includes at least two grids (11, 12) which develop longitudinally and transversally between said elements (5', 5", 5").
