The present invention not only improves productivity, but also sharply reduces the manufacturing and production costs by realizing the automated production lines able to manufacture a seat headrest frame with pipes. Suggested is an automatic forming equipment for a pipe headrest frame comprising: a table; a material supply unit individually transferring a plurality of pipes placed on the rear side of a storage part to the front standby support; a fixing unit installed to both sides of a center part of the table and fixating the pipes with a clamp; a swazing unit pipe-forming into a forged pipe by pressurizing one end of the pipe with dies; a bending unit installed at regular intervals in front of the swazing unit, forming into a bending pipe by bending the middle part of the forged pipe in a ��shape by a pusher; a transferring unit to deliver to each process by steps, with the pipe fixated with a finger; and a discharge unit installed in front of the bending unit, discharging separately to the front, with the bending pipe fixated. |
