A liquid crystal panel, a discharging method thereof and a liquid crystal display device including the same are provided to quickly perform the discharge of electricity to improve the image quality. A plurality of gate lines(31) and a plurality of data lines(32) are arranged so as to intersect each other. A pixel region is defined by the intersection of each data line and each gate line. A plurality of thin film transistors(34) are arranged in the pixel regions. A plurality of pixel electrodes(35) are connected to the thin film transistors. Storage lines(33) is arranged parallel to each gate line. A storage capacitor(36) is formed between the storage line and pixel electrode to maintain the voltage charged in the pixel electrode during a predetermined frame. |
