Disclosed is a waste heat recovery device for a ship, which comprises a heat absorbing unit including a heat absorbing part for recovering heat with the operation of an engine, and a cooling part for reducing heat caused by the operation of the engine; a first supply line for allowing a heating medium which has exchanged heat in the heat absorbing part to flow; a waste heat recovery unit which is connected to the first supply line and which includes a first heat exchanger for absorbing heat recovered by the heating medium; a second supply line for transmitting the heating medium which has exchanged heat in the first heat exchanger to the heat absorbing part; a bypassing line of which both ends are separately connected to the first and second supply lines to selectively make the heating medium bypass; and a cooler for recovering heat absorbed by the heat absorbing part using the heating medium flowing into the bypassing line. |
