THE STEREOSELECTIVE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LOXOPROFEN(2S, 1'R, 2'R) TRANS-ALCOHOL

A method for manufacturing loxoprofen (2S, 1′R, 2′S) trans-alcohol, according to the present invention, can manufacture a compound represented by chemical formula 1 with high yield. The loxoprofen (2S, 1′R, 2′S) trans-alcohol of the chemical formula 1 manufactured by the method of the present invention has a purity of more than 90%, thus can be used for manufacturing medicines. In addition, intermediates (2S, 1′S)-compound and (2S, 1′R)-compound can be obtained each compound with at least 40% of content from the loxoprofen of chemical formula 2 without using a chiral resolving agent.
