PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber member drawer device capable of tearing off a liner from the rubber member easily even when the liner and the rubber member are firmly adhered, and a method for tearing off the liner from the rubber member.SOLUTION: A rubber member drawer device includes: a winding roll support shaft for supporting a winding roll of a rubber member which is wound across a liner; rubber member drawer means for drawing the rubber member with the liner from the winding roll; a liner winding shaft for winding the liner from the rubber member with the liner, which is drawn by the rubber member drawer means; a tearing-off roller that is in contact with the rubber member of which the liner is torn off; cylinder means that is connected with the tearing-off roller and contracts when a branch point between the rubber member and the liner is moved more toward the side of the liner winding shaft than a reference position; and cylinder drive means for expanding the cylinder means after detecting the contraction of the cylinder means. |
