PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To circulate cooling water 9 uniformly to respective parts, accelerate heat exchange by preventing the cooling water from residing in the parts, and to smoothly discharge air bubbles together with the cooling water 9 to an outside in a heat exchanger in which the cooling water 9 circulates on outer surfaces of flat tubes 2.SOLUTION: A projection 10 is provided on an outer surface of each flat tube 2 along an enlarged portion 1 of the flat tube 2 near a cooling water outlet 5b from one end of an outlet side so that the projection 10 is formed to exclude the other end portion of the outlet side and to have a height equal to that of the enlarged portion 1. A thin and narrow water channel 11 for the cooling water 9 is formed between the projection 10 and the enlarged portion 1. The cooling water 9 is thereby introduced to an inlet of the narrow water channel 11 while bypassing the projection 10 near the outlet. |
