PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-power load drive system and a fuel cell vehicle, detecting the existence of a short circuit in a backflow prevention diode of the double-power load drive system for driving a load by both a fuel cell, outputting a power generation voltage through the backflow prevention diode constituting a step-up converter, and a power storage device in parallel, without step-up operation of the step-up converter.SOLUTION: An ECU 24 switches on and off a first switching element 51 constituting a step-up converter 21 to detect the existence of a short circuit in the backflow prevention diode 210, at the time of the regenerative charging by a step-down function, that is, the step-down operation onto a step-up/down converter 22. |
