The present invention relates to a call center menu information providing device which provides call center menu information by being connected to a call center menu in the call service and a call center menu information providing method using the same. The call center menu information providing device is included in a communication terminal which performs a call service with a call center system through a communication network, and provides the call center menu information by being connected to the call center menu in the call service. The present invention provides the call center menu information providing device and the call center menu information providing method using the same comprising; a call center menu information management unit which forms call center menu information corresponding to the call center system when a call service event regarding the call center system is detected; and a call center menu screen management unit which provides a call center menu screen corresponding to the call center menu information to a display unit.
