PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify piping work for supplying steam generated in a steam boiler to a steam utilization instrument in a state without lowering workability in a kitchen space and to provide kitchen equipment which can improve heat efficiency by decreasing heat release in the course of the piping from the steam boiler to the steam utilization instrument.SOLUTION: In kitchen equipment, at least a part of a plurality of kitchen instruments B arranged in parallel in the kitchen space S is a steam utilization instrument J for processing work by using steam supplied from a steam boiler 15. A work bench 3 arranged with the steam boiler 15 below a top plate part for work 3A is continuously installed along the plurality of kitchen instruments B. |
