<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of single phased CIS nanopowder, which comprises the following steps preparing raw material powder according to empirical formula of CuInSe_2 by using Cu source powder, In source powder and Se source powder; and synthesizing CuInSe_2 powder by inserting and milling the raw material powder and solvent in a mechanochemical way. The solvent is formed of one or more among diethylamine, ethanol, methanol, toluene, xylene, acetone, and ethylendiamine. The amount of solvent can be 1-50wt% compared to total amount ratio of Cu source powder, In powder, and Se source powder.</p> |
