The control section 21 executes calculation processing of a statistical indicator. The control section 21 executes evaluation processing of a health insurance claim and a medical checkup result, and the evaluation processing by checking the health insurance claim with the medical checkup result. The control section 21 executes monitoring processing for outputting a state of undergoing examination and medical checkup in a medical institution. The control section 21 uses the health insurance claim data and the medical checkup result data to execute future prediction processing for predicting future medical expenses and determining health guidance according to the predicted expenses. The control section 21 executes health guidance support processing for checking an effect of the health guidance.
