PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a lowering in motive-power consumption, electric energy consumption, and expenditure on electric power. SOLUTION: In a piping system a primary line 4 and a secondary line 6 are connected with a control valve 10 therebetween. The secondary line 6 is connected through a control valve 12 to a pump CP-2'. A control valve 11 is provided between the outlet of a refrigerating machine and a low-temperature tank 2. When the heat is released, the control valves 10, 12 are opened and the other valves are closed. When the load 5 is below the capacity of the refrigerating machine, the cooling water flows through pump CP-1' → refrigerating machine → pump CP-2'' load 5 → pump CP-1'. When the load 5 exceeds the capacity of the refrigerating machine, the cooling water in the low-temperature tank 2 is utilized on the side of the load 5 and, after that, falls into a high- temperature tank 3. |
