PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new type jelly food and drink having both soft springiness and chewing feeling peculiar to jelly, and freshness peculiar to liquid, and a production method capable of efficiently producing the same.SOLUTION: A packed liquid-containing jelly food and drink filled in a container includes: a first gelatinizer-containing composition containing a first gelatinizer gelatinized by heating and liquefied by cooling; and a second gelatinizer-containing composition containing a second gelatinizer gelatinized by cooling. The second gelatinizer-containing composition contains at least part of the first gelatinizer-containing composition, the first gelatinizer-containing composition is liquid at room temperature, and the second gelatinizer-containing composition is gelatinous at room temperature. The first gelatinizer is at least one of methyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose. |
