PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device capable of achieving an imaging function and other additional function, and to provide a driving method of the solid-state imaging device and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device comprises: a plurality of pixels each including a photoelectric conversion element; and a transmissivity control element disposed at a light incident side of the photoelectric conversion element of at least a part of the plurality of pixels and capable of changing transmissivity of incident light by external input.
