PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate paper work by MFD.SOLUTION: When editing a document to be printed out and filled in by a user, a document editing device is configured to: retrieve the document from memory; determine distribution of recognizable features in the document using a processor; change the document using the processor according to the determined distribution of recognizable features, so that the distribution of recognizable features in the document becomes closer to a uniform state than a state before the change; and generate a document-template for a user to write in from the changed document. |
