An infusion unit (1) for making a beverage from a measure of anhydrous powdered material contained in a container (2) having a package (3), in turn having a central portion (3a) and an annular peripheral portion (3b); the unit (1) having a cup (6) for housing the container (2); and a pressurized-hot-water dispensing unit (7), in which a sprinkler (15) is fitted to a supporting body (14) to move to and from a position connected to the cup (6); and the sprinkler (15) having a central sprinkling body (18) integral with the supporting body (14); and a peripheral tubular body (25) fitted slidably to the central sprinkling body (18) and movable, with respect to the supporting body (14) and along the axis (9), between a normal extracted position and a withdrawn position. |
