PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a redundant configuration of a time master function using an existing synchronous protocol, to obtain a highly reliable time synchronization function.SOLUTION: A communication control device, transmitting/receiving each synchronous packet with one or more communication devices connected through a network to synchronize time, includes: a parameter preservation unit for preserving a parameter obtained by observing a first synchronous packet of a first communication device; and a packet generation unit for generating a second synchronous packet on the basis of the parameter and the time information of the self-communication control device communication unit; and a communication unit for transmitting the second synchronous packet to the communication device. |
