PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve restartability of an internal combustion engine after idle stop while further improving fuel consumption by fuel cut and idle stop.SOLUTION: In a case when an idle stop condition is satisfied before termination of fuel cut, a degree of reduction of port wet during a fuel cut period is estimated according to a length of the fuel cut period at which rotation of an internal combustion engine is continued, and an intake amount and an intake temperature during the fuel cut period, and further a degree of reduction of port wet during an idle stop period is estimated according to a length of the idle stop period at which the rotation of the internal combustion engine is stopped, and the temperature of an intake passage during the idle stop period, so that a fuel injection amount in restarting the internal combustion engine is corrected on the basis of these estimations. |
