PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately and easily set a touch sensitivity mode of a touch panel than ever before.SOLUTION: A wrist terminal device 1 in which a touch sensitivity mode of an electrostatic capacitance type touch panel 321 can be set, includes: a camera 36 for capturing an image; and a CPU 38 for determining whether a hand of a user is in a state fitted with a glove or in a state not fitted with a glove based on the image captured by the camera 36. The CPU 38 sets a touch sensitivity mode of the touch panel 321 to either one of a touch sensitivity mode corresponding to the state fitted with a glove and a touch sensitivity mode corresponding to the state not fitted with a glove according to the determination result.
