<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of visibility caused by movement of the line of sight.SOLUTION: A navigation device 1, capable of displaying guidance information overlapped on a scene viewed by a driver by using HUD 45, performs: displaying the guidance information overlapped on a guidance target (e.g., an intersection) as much as possible, minimizing movement of the line of sight of the driver; and avoiding a preceding vehicle, if the vehicle exists at a position overlapping the guidance target, and displaying the guidance information in a zone so as to limit the movement of the line of sight of the driver as much as possible, in order to prevent deterioration of visibility of information necessary for driving such as a tail lamp of the preceding vehicle, from being caused by overlapping on the guidance information.</p> |
