FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: liquid lubricant supply device consists of a hollow rod rigidly fixed on a gear shaft perpendicularly to the latter, the free end of the rod is equipped with a lubricant grasping bucket in the form of a box installed symmetrically relative to the rod rotation plane, with forward offset relative to the rod rotation direction. In the offset part of the box there is a filling hole oriented towards the shaft. The cavity of the box is connected to the rod plane, and by means of a radial groove the rod cavity is connected to a through axial channel made in the shaft and led to the cavities between covers and bearings.EFFECT: providing for the lubrication of rolling bearings with blank covers at low-speed shafts of gear transmissions of reduction gears with oil baths, including shafts located higher relative to the oil baths.2 dwg |
