FIELD: woodworking industry.SUBSTANCE: device comprises a suspension 3 mounted on a handle 1 of the hydraulic manipulator, rotary in a longitudinal-vertical plane through the hydraulic cylinder 2. The suspension has a rotating vertically oriented shaft driven by a built-in rotator. In the lower part of the shaft 6 through a rotary joint which axis is parallel to the longitudinal axes of the suspension rotation and mounting of the hydraulic cylinder of rotation, driven by the respective section of the hydraulic control valve 14, a housing 8 is mounted with the gripping levers 10 and the cutting unit 9 equipped with a system of their drive. The vertically oriented shaft is made of two parts, respectively upper 4 and lower 6. The upper and lower parts of the shaft are pivotally interconnected with the ability of limited rotation by ±10° in transverse-vertical plane by the rests. The hydraulic cylinder of rotation 7 of the housing 8 is located between the housing and the upper part of the shaft 4 and is connected pivotally to them. The axis of the rotary joint of the lower and upper parts of the shaft is located at right angle to its axis of rotation.EFFECT: in this implementation splayed cuts, slabs and butt damages while felling of obliquely standing forest stand are eliminated, which promotes to increase the yield of industrial wood in the manufacture of lumber, and the embodiment of the claw-like felling unit and the control system do not complicate its design.2 dwg |
