The present invention relates to an apparatus and a system for controlling the amount of a medicinal fluid/infusion solution that is injected by dripping, by using the potential energy of the infusion solution. In more detail, a configuration is provided in which a first housing (having a first container open from one end to the other and formed therein) is hinge-coupled to a second housing (having a second container extended from the first container, open from one end to the other, formed therein), such that the configuration can be folded. In the first housing or the second housing, a driver controls the amount of dripping medicine by constricting the gauge of a hose, a sensor senses the number of drops of medicine in a chamber contained inside the first container and the second container, and the driver is controlled based on information provided by the sensor, thereby allowing a uniform amount of medicinal fluid to drop at a uniform speed. |
